Buying a Home
Do you offer warranties on your renovations?
Yes. All renovations are backed by our quality craftsmanship. New systems and materials come with their respective manufacturer warranties, and we stand behind our work. We'll walk you through the specifics when you purchase a property.
Can I tour a property before it's listed?
We typically list properties once renovations are complete or nearing completion. If you're interested in a specific project, reach out and we can discuss where it is in the process and arrange a tour when appropriate.
